Church Campout Schedule 2025 

 

• Friday

  • 4pm - Check-in​

  • 9pm - Family Campfire​

• Saturday

  • 9pm - Family Campfire

  • 10pm - Late Night Board Games in the Adam’s Hall

• Sunday​

  • 9:30am - Cleanup cabins/check-out

  • 10:30am - Service in the Tab

  • 12pm - Lunch in the Adam’s Hall

  • 1:30pm - Departure from Camp

Full Weekend Rates  - 2025

(Includes Activities / Accommodations / Service / Sunday Lunch)

• $70 per adult for the weekend (age 18+)

• $55 per child for the weekend (age 13-17)

• Children 13 and under are free

 

Drive in Rates​

• Sunday Service & Lunch - $10 per person (age 13+)

• Children 13 and under are free

 

Child & Youth Programs

• Youth Campfire and Late Night Saturday Night

• Nursery & Children’s Program on Sunday Morning 

Accommodations

• You can tent or trailer or stay in one of Silver Birches Camp Dorm Rooms or Cabins

• Cabins with washrooms will be distributed by first come first serve basis and according needs

• Cabins without washrooms have access to several public facilities on the grounds

• Linens are not supplied.  Please bring sheets/towels/sleeping bags etc

• Sunday Lunch is the only meal provided.  Please plan accordingly (bring a bbq / pot luck with friends / travel into Kirkland Lake to grab a pizza)
